Jackson Street Apartments have an array of unit types to fit your needs. Here you’ll find micro-studio efficiency units, one and two-bedroom options, and open one-bedroom studios.
We may be a little biased, but we think we’re located on one of the best blocks in town. Yes, we have a secure package room, bike room, and a stellar south-facing rooftop deck with barbeque grill (Mt. Rainier views anyone?)…but we also have incredible downstairs neighbors. We have Tex-Mex from Oaky’s, bakery treats from Temple Pastries, and Broadcast Coffee is now roasting right in the building. What could be better than that?
Whether you’re literally or metaphorically writing that next chapter, at Jackson Street you can channel all your pursuits. You can have a “work from home” day at Broadcast Coffee downstairs and work on your latest side-project. On those days you need to pop into work, it’s an easy commute, just hop on the bus and get there in less than 20. Set your imagination loose with a walk (and give your dog a little exercise too) at nearby Frink Park. Need some collaborations? Get together with buddies at Standard Brewing for happy hour. Nearby, there’s also salsa dancing, a movie theater, trivia, the Pratt Fine Arts Center, and countless other opportunities for you to have new and memorable experiences.
We know, we’re pretty excited to get coffee, pastries, and Tex-Mex steps from our front door too.
Indie coffee shop Broadcast is all about spreading love and acceptance through hospitality and delicious drinks. They’ve been part of the Seattle caffeine scene since 2008 and have had a home on Jackson Street for over 3 years. We’re so excited to have their new roastery and shop in the building.
If you’re anything like us, you’ve already heard about Oaky’s food truck, it’s a brilliant offering from the geniuses at Woodshop BBQ (our neighbors across the street). Well now there’s a brick and mortar right here at Jackson Street, and we can’t wait to dive into some chips, queso, and salsa.
Temple Pastries was once a pop up and market favorite, and now it’s a fabulous bakery at home in Jackson Street’s retail core. Whether it’s croissants or a nice sourdough, you’re covered. Temple Pastries is serving up delicious baked goods for those morning pit stops before work or those long slow weekends.
